Myra B. Cotton Scholarship Fund is for graduating high school seniors, new and/or returning college students attending an accredited nonprofit or independent two or four-year college/ university or technical school. Annual awards will be distributed at the beginning of each Fall enrollment.

ELIGIBILITY:

1. United States Citizen or permanent resident 

2. California Resident

3. Demonstrate financial need

4. Graduate OF high school in L.A, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.
