Meeting Logistics Meetings All meetings are held at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Regency. Exhibitors The 28th NMCS will be offering ten table top exhibits during this years symposium. The exhibitor fee is $1,000 for the duration of the symposium. Exhibitors are also required to register as a participant of the meeting. This allows the exhibitor to attend all of the food & beverage functions of the symposium and attend one of the participant tours. The NMCS is not providing additional security for exhibitors. The Manchester Grand Hyatt Regency charges $30 per day for table top exhibits. Additional electrical or other needs may result in additional fees from the hotel.
