Exhibitor Information

Promotional Materials

For those companies or publishers who wish to have their materials presented to participants of the 2001 Winter Conference, please contact the Conference Office. You may offer a double sided promotional piece, pamphlet or journal issue for a fee of $250.00. Items will be given to each participant in a canvas bag along with the onsite registration materials. All materials must be submitted and approved by the Foundation. Once you have received approval, you will be given specific instructions for shipping. The deadline for accepting materials for review and approval is January 1, 2001. Exhibitors

For those companies or publishers who would like to have a tabletop exhibit for the 2001 Winter Conference may do so for a fee of $750.00. This fee is applicable for the entire week of the conference. Please be advised that the Foundation is not providing additional security for the exhibit area. The exhibit area will be locked during non-conference hours. All exhibitors are required to register as a participant for the conference.

Conference Registration

Exhibitors are required to pay an additional fee of $18.00 set by the Sheraton Steamboat Springs. This fee covers draping and skirting of the tabletop, a trash receptacle and two chairs. Please contact the conference planning office at anjanette@mbcfoundation.org for additional fees charged by the Sheraton Steamboat Springs for phone lines or electrical needs. Please complete the following contact information for table top exhibit requests. Confirmations of exhibit space will be sent via email or fax. You may also print this form and fax to 603-925-9827. Exhibitors must make own arrangements to have materials shipped to and from the Sheraton Steamboat Springs. Exhibit space is very limited. To participate, go to the Exhibitor Registration Form.

Hospitality Events

Any company or publisher who would like to host a hospitality event can contact the Sheraton Steamboat Springs directly. Please do not schedule any event during meeting hours. You may contact Ms. Jenny Shaler, Director of Catering and Conference Services, at 970-879-8868.
